Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any damage, defects, or shipping errors.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Tracking is provided once your order ships. Please confirm your shipping address, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. If a package is returned for incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived in 15 days or has been confirmed lost, your items will be reshipped or fully refunded.
